Memorizing stuff is a pretty common activity that we have been doing since we were little kids. We have literally been committing things to memory all our lives from the letters of our ABC’s to the names of people we come in contact with. As we grow older, remembering and memorizing things get very difficult and at times the things we remember just remains pretty sketchy.
One of the useful things you can do on how to memorize information is to identify your learning style. If you’re an auditory learner then you can make the best of your study sessions if you have no distractions and can concentrate on the material that you’re hearing. You basically will be reading and hearing the material you’re reading and then committing to memory.
Visual learners on the other hand will make use of visual cues in order to remember information. You will be more effective when you use visual aids and write notes frequently since you are keener to information that you see.
