Consistency in Your Branding

When building a business it’s always important to be portraying the right message to your customers and encouraging trust between the two of you. As one of many GTA wedding photographers I’ve learnt this applies to the business of photography as it would any other. Make sure you logo is consistently used on your website, business card, stationary and everywhere else you’re making your mark. Don’t change the font or colour. Make sure you size it appropriately. If you’re having to scale it up or down, it may make sense to have a professional do so, as they will sometimes distort. Ensure you consistently use colour. If you have a more serious black and white across most of your pages, don’t all of a sudden start splurging the pages with reds or yellows. The bottom of line is always be consistent. This will encourage your customers to trust your brand, and therefore your product.
